RETURNS POLICY

Our policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds will only be allowed in limited circumstances and only at the absolute discretion of North Star Branding Concepts.

 Refunds requests should be sent to info@nsrm.co.za.  The email request needs to spell out clearly the reason/s for the refund request.

All approved refunds by North Star Branding Concepts will be in the form of vouchers.  These can be redeemed when making future purchases on www.bannersgalore.co.za. 

All approved cash refunds will take a maximum of 21 working days and a 5% administration fee may be applicable.  Cash funds cannot be made once the order is in the production stage or has been produced.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Items printed on approved artwork
  • Damaged goods due to negligence and bad handling by end user

All damaged items to be sent back to North Star Branding Concepts.  Correct forwarding details will be emailed once refund is approved.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and you will be notified whether you will be receiving a voucher or cash and if it’s cash if you’ll be liable for the 5% admin fee. You will also be notified on the timeline of handling the refund from our side.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@nsrm.co.za.

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale or promotional items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE):

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to our error.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@nsrm.co.za and you will be sent a forwarding address where you can return your item.

SHIPPING

Once a forwarding address has been emailed to you, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over R100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
